The Element Optics Titan 3K rangefinder is a lightweight model, specifically designed for long-range shooters. Weighing only 362 grams and measuring 126 mm in length, it’s easy to bring along on any adventure. Its horizontal design, with a rough texture on both sides, ensures a comfortable grip whether you hold it with one or both hands. The buttons are centrally placed for easy access, and a threaded hole on the bottom allows for tripod mounting with an Arca-Swiss baseplate.

This rangefinder feels great in your hand and is incredibly easy to use, featuring just two buttons. You can connect it effortlessly to the Element Ballistics app via Bluetooth. Once you set the right ballistic profile through the app, you can put your smartphone away. The Titan 3K’s ballistic chip handles all calculations independently and can even connect to the HYPR-7 rifle scope. This connectivity allows both devices to communicate and use all available data to provide the perfect firing solution.

The Titan 3K rangefinder boasts a capacity of 3000 meters, as its name suggests. In optimal conditions, it can even exceed this range, but Element Optics guarantees a minimum range of 3000 meters under any circumstances. It offers a standard magnification of 7x and a field-of-view of 12.3 meters at 100 meters distance. The 26 mm objective lens ensures decent light transmission, allowing you to observe objects clearly while maintaining a good overview.

All observations and distance data are presented on a dual-color T-OLED display. Green lines indicate the laser is active, while red lines show the angle and distance to the object. The display has six brightness levels, adjustable by pressing both buttons simultaneously, making it suitable for various lighting conditions.

In the field

Pressing the button on top of the rangefinder allows you to switch between three ranging modes:

• LOS (Line of Sight): Measures the actual distance to the object.
• HCD (Horizontal Component Distance): Measures the horizontal distance to the object, regardless of the angle.
• BALC (Ballistic Calculator): Displays the LOS along with a ballistic calculation for the point of impact, which can be shown in MOA, MRAD, inches, or cm.

Holding the mode button for 3 seconds lets you switch between First and Last modes. The First mode measures the distance to the closest object, even if the laser hits something farther away. The Last mode measures the distance to the farthest object.

The Titan 3K features a high-capacity 18650 battery, housed in a large battery compartment on the right side. This battery can be charged via a USB-C cable, with the charging port conveniently located on the back next to the twist-out eyecup. The weather-resistant housing ensures durability in various conditions.
