The Merendeiro Kit from Cutelaria Martins is all you need to have a traditional Portuguese "Petisco" which is a traditional appetizer dish of cheese and sausages.
With this wood cutting board and the accompanying knife, you are well prepared for the snack. You now just need the wine and the bottlle opener.
The blade measures 13 cm with a wood handle and the board is made of Faia wood and measures around 30 cms.

This Kit from Cutelaria Martins is called "Merendeiro", and was developed based on the traditions of the people of Portugal interior, and the use of a cutting board and knife to cut cheese and sausage at snack time.
The low relief of the board and the magnet that secures the knife blade make the set compact and elegant, allowing it to be hung up safely.
A traditional dish of Portugal.
