The following payment methods are accepted in the Mundilar Airguns Online Store: credit card, Multibanco reference, bank transfer, PayPal, SEQURA installment payments, and cash on delivery (for deliveries in Mainland Portugal).

1. What are the regulations for transporting air guns?

A specific license is not required to transport (in a case) freely acquired air guns, as long as the movement is to a location permitted for shooting practice.

2. What is the minimum age to purchase air guns?

The purchase of air guns that are freely available is allowed for individuals over 18 years old.

3. Where can I practice sport shooting in Portugal?

In Portugal, to practice Sports Shooting, you must be registered with a Shooting Club.

1. How to Buy?

The products from the Mundilar store are organized into several categories on the left side of the screen. There you can find an area for each category of products such as pistols, rifles, PCP rifles, telescopic sights, ammunition, parts, clothing, among others.

When looking for specific products from a manufacturer, you can also select the desired manufacturer on the same left side of the screen, or by directly accessing the page www.mundilar.net/en/manufacturer-brands to see all the products from a brand available in the online store. If you are undecided about the best product for you, you can also choose to add them to the comparator.

Here you can compare various specifications in up to four products at the same time.

2. Right of free contract resolution

If the User is not satisfied with the products received, under the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, they have a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days to return all the products or, if they prefer, they can return any of the products included in the order, without any penalty and without the need to state their reasons.

However, the User assumes the direct return expenses to MUNDILAR AIRGUNS, whether they decide to return the entire order or only some of the products included in the order.

To formalize the return, the User must contact MUNDILAR AIRGUNS through the email address www.mundilar.net/en/contact-us, sending the duly filled resolution form.

Upon receipt of the User's email, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will indicate the shipping method for the order to its offices or warehouses.

The User can send the product to the following offices/warehouses of MUNDILAR AIRGUNS:

MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not assume any responsibility for the delivery company contracted by the User for the return of the order. Therefore, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS recommends to the User to demand from the delivery company the proof of delivery after the courier has deposited the product in MUNDILAR AIRGUNS warehouse, so that the User is aware that the product was correctly delivered to MUNDILAR AIRGUNS.

MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not assume any responsibility for the address to which the User sends the order for its return. In the case of Europe, it should always be to our warehouse.

The return expenses of the order (such as shipping expenses through delivery companies) will be directly assumed by the User.

The products must not have been used and must present their respective labels, packaging, and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that were delivered with them. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a devaluation or that MUNDILAR AIRGUNS may refuse its return.

Once MUNDILAR AIRGUNS verifies that the order is in the proper conditions, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will proceed to the full refund of the amounts paid by the User.

If the User chooses to return the entire order, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund all amounts paid (excluding shipping costs).

If the User wishes to return one or some of the products included in the order, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS cannot refund to the User the shipping costs paid for the entire order.

MUNDILAR AIRGUNS informs Users that the refund period of the amounts paid depends on the payment method selected by the User at the time of purchasing the product:

- If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 14 consecutive days from the date the User chose to resolve the contract.

- If the User made the payment through PayPal, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from the date the User chose to resolve the contract.

- If the User made the payment by cash on delivery, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from the date the User chose to resolve the contract, in this case, we need the User to provide us with their NIB.

In any case, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible, always within 14 consecutive days from the date the User communicated their decision to resolve the contract.

Product exchange policy


MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not allow the exchange of a product purchased by the User for another one available on the Site.

If the User wishes to exchange a product, they must exercise their right of resolution over it, in accordance with what is stipulated in point 6.2, and subsequently acquire the desired new product.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been finalized?

To change or cancel an order, the customer must contact our customer service via email ([email protected]) or through this contact form.

4. What are the delivery options and shipping times?

Our products can be delivered from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery will be made without prior contact from the carrier. Any claims for non-receipt of orders must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the order date. During promotional periods, sales, Christmas, epidemic periods, or in the event of stock shortages, we may not be able to guarantee these delivery times.

5. What are the exchange and return policies?

If you decide to exercise the right to return the purchased products, Mundilar Airguns has the right to refuse the return of products that are returned without their original packaging in perfect condition or that have been altered or damaged compared to their original state.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you find that the products you ordered are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. Mundilar Airguns will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.

7. How can I use a discount coupon?

The coupon must be used during the checkout process. Below the order summary, a field dedicated to the discount coupon will appear, where you should enter your code. Then, click the “OK” button to apply the corresponding discount.

8. Does Mundilar deliver to other countries?

Yes. Mundilar Airguns delivers to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, and Switzerland. 9. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

If the order is still being prepared, it is possible to change the delivery address. To do so, the customer must contact our customer service via email ([email protected]) or through this contact form.

10. What should I do if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?

If you are not available to receive the order at the time of delivery, another delivery attempt will be rescheduled. This process will be handled by the delivery company.

Products

1. Do Mundilar products come with a warranty?

Mundilar Airguns does not sell defective products or products of lower quality than the standards available on the market. If, at the time of delivery, you notice that the product is damaged, you may return it— in its original packaging and with the original labels. Once used, products cannot be returned.

2. Is it possible to order a product that is out of stock?

No. However, you can choose to be notified by email as soon as the product becomes available again.

3. Can I buy a used product?

At the moment, Mundilar Airguns does not sell second-hand products.

4. Where can I find the assembly and usage instructions for the products?

All products come with the appropriate technical data sheet containing all the information. You can also find more details on the product page on our website.
