Orders are dispatched after payment is received via CTT or Carrier. When applicable, a tracking link will be provided for the order.

In the event that a customer has placed two orders, we are unable to combine them, therefore shipping costs are applied to each one separately. We advise consolidating multiple items into a single order.

Packages are protected, and we take the utmost care with fragile orders.

All orders come with an invoice.

*If opting for bank transfer, please send the payment confirmation to the email [email protected], mentioning the order number. Shipping will only occur after payment is confirmed.

**For cash on delivery shipments, only cash payment is accepted. Checks or other forms of payment will not be accepted. For cash on delivery shipments, an additional fee of €2.5 is added to the listed shipping rates.


SHIPMENTS

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment receipt, unless there is a stock shortage - in which case, our team will contact you immediately.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors external to our store. Mundilar Airguns reserves the right to withhold shipment if any suspicious activity is noted.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the order and the destination country. You will be automatically informed of the respective shipping rates before finalizing your order.
