Right of free contract resolution
If the User is not satisfied with the products received, under the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, they have a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days to return all the products or, if they prefer, they can return any of the products included in the order, without any penalty and without the need to state their reasons.
However, the User assumes the direct return expenses to MUNDILAR AIRGUNS, whether they decide to return the entire order or only some of the products included in the order.
To formalize the return, the User must contact MUNDILAR AIRGUNS through the email address www.mundilar.net/en/contact-us, sending the duly filled resolution form.

Upon receipt of the User's email, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will indicate the shipping method for the order to its offices or warehouses.
The User can send the product to the following offices/warehouses of MUNDILAR AIRGUNS:
- Warehouse in Portugal: Mundilar Airguns - Rua Manuel Martins Costa Lt 538, Fr A, R/C Esq, Praia da Vagueira 3840-277 Gafanha da Boa Hora - Portugal
MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not assume any responsibility for the delivery company contracted by the User for the return of the order. Therefore, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS recommends to the User to demand from the delivery company the proof of delivery after the courier has deposited the product in MUNDILAR AIRGUNS warehouse, so that the User is aware that the product was correctly delivered to MUNDILAR AIRGUNS.
MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not assume any responsibility for the address to which the User sends the order for its return. In the case of Europe, it should always be to our warehouse.
The return expenses of the order (such as shipping expenses through delivery companies) will be directly assumed by the User.
The products must not have been used and must present their respective labels, packaging, and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that were delivered with them. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a devaluation or that MUNDILAR AIRGUNS may refuse its return.
Once MUNDILAR AIRGUNS verifies that the order is in the proper conditions, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will proceed to the full refund of the amounts paid by the User.
If the User chooses to return the entire order, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund all amounts paid (excluding shipping costs).
If the User wishes to return one or some of the products included in the order, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS cannot refund to the User the shipping costs paid for the entire order.
MUNDILAR AIRGUNS informs Users that the refund period of the amounts paid depends on the payment method selected by the User at the time of purchasing the product:
- If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 14 consecutive days from the date the User chose to resolve the contract.
- If the User made the payment through PayPal, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from the date the User chose to resolve the contract.
- If the User made the payment by cash on delivery, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from the date the User chose to resolve the contract, in this case, we need the User to provide us with their NIB.
In any case, MUNDILAR AIRGUNS will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible, always within 14 consecutive days from the date the User communicated their decision to resolve the contract.
Product exchange policy
MUNDILAR AIRGUNS does not allow the exchange of a product purchased by the User for another one available on the Site.
If the User wishes to exchange a product, they must exercise their right of resolution over it, in accordance with what is stipulated in point 6.2, and subsequently acquire the desired new product.
